Who is Andy Pollock?
Andy Pollock has built, led and transformed top-performing companies in the residential mortgage, capital market and real estate sectors for two decades. Over the course of his career, he has led start-ups and multinational organizations, structured and negotiated more than 20 M&A transactions, and helmed a successful IPO.
Prior to joining Anchor Loans, Andy was Senior Vice President & Senior Relationship Manager for Radian Group, Inc and its Clayton Holdings subsidiary where he led the sales, business development and client relationship management groups. Previously, he was the President and CEO of WDB Funding where he led the start-up firm from concept to market launch.
Earlier in his career, Andy was the COO and eventually the CEO of First Franklin. During his extensive executive tenure, he built a new $15B loan portfolio during First Franklin’s early stages of growth and then moved on to lead the nationwide 3,000-employee organization as President. Andy lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife and three children. His personal passions include golf, cooking and deep-sea fishing.
