Kintyre Way

This project was purchased directly from the seller. Originally we had planned to do a quick cosmetic only remodel, but with the proximity to the new Apple campus, we decided to spend the time and money to fix a few obsolete layout issues like opening up the walls to create a completely open living/dining/kitchen area. We also raised the ceiling in the hallway to give a more grander feel. We kept the design clean and modern, and got a high tech buyer who appreciated our design and paid $75k over proforma.
