This house is located on a premium street in Los Gatos, but did not have a garage, an outdated floor plan and very little curb appeal. We completed a complete remodel including adding a garage, added a large shed dormer to create better curb appeal and full ceiling heights, and completely re-laying out the floor plan with two master suites and open kitchen/living area leading out to a new Ipe deck off the back. We also remodeled the detached family room to become an outdoor party room next to the new firepit and back yard.
